ATD Graphics Ltd. has been providing quality services in the photopolymer printing plate industry for over 25 years. We are a full service, in-house, graphic art and platemaking company, equipped to handle any project from creative concept to finished plate.
Our talented team of graphic artists specialize in conceptual design, colour separation, trapping, printability troubleshooting, colour proofing and pasted mock-ups. We support a variety of file formats and can output film negatives and mylar dielines up to 54" wide.
Photosensitive polymer sheets are exposed to UV light through a high contrast negative. This step hardens the image so the unexposed portion can be washed away. The plate is then transferred to the drying oven to complete the process.
Available in .067", .112", .125", .155" and .250" thicknesses
Maximum photopolymer sheet sizes:
52" x 80” (.155”, .125”) or 50” x 80” (.250”)
PVC and cushion mount backing available.
Our experienced production team use high quality flexographic adhesives on all our mounts. All pre-mounted plates are proofed internally on the Harley OptiCheck unit before exiting the plant. Thus ensuring our accuracy and allowing for any necessary changes to be made before expensive press time.
